2. Data we collect

• Account data: first name, last name, email address, school name (optional), password (encrypted, never visible to us).
• Purchase data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: pages visited and basic device information, through Google Analytics.
• Student data: none. Students do not create accounts and we do not collect any student information.

3. Why we use it

To create and manage your account, give you access to your purchases, process payments, answer your messages, send important service emails, and improve the site.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site: Webflow (hosting), Memberstack (accounts and access), Stripe (payments) and Google Analytics (statistics). Some of them are located in the United States and apply appropriate safeguards for data transfers.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for login and payments, as well as analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used.

6. How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 12 months after account closure, except where we must keep billing records for legal reasons.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time, or ask for a copy of it, by emailing contact@bonjourmystery.com. If you are in the EU, you can also contact your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
